Health service representative

Education, training and experience

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications completed or at least 60 college or collegial credits, with one year of experience in customer service, preferably.
  • Or instead, High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably.


  • Preferable with previous experience in “call center”
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Preferably intermediate or higher English level
  • Good attitude and availability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Proven skills in using computer applications such as: Outlook, Word and Excel
