Nurse advice line – (Triage)

As HMOs and capitated physician practices take on more financial risk for the health care costs of their enrollees, the use of demand management has increased. 

 VarMed’s Medical call center provides nurse triage, health advice and referral services and facilities as defined within the  client’s provider Networks and demographic availability. Our system is designed to provide  information and decision support to foster appropriate patient use of health care services. We also provide follow up calls to oversee progress and monitor status.
